TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order!

GENERAL TERMS

Commissions are for personal use only (Excpet if its stated otherwise)My artwork can be used for personal display, as profile pictores, banners, posting on social media with credits, or if printing for yourself. It cannot be used for making profit without prior agreement.I DO NOT ALLOW using my artwork for anything related to AI, NFTS, engines or suchCommunication is important. If I dont receive a response within 1 week, I'll proceed and deliver work as such

WON'T DO

I sustained the right to REJECT a commission order, if it doesn't fit what I'm comfortable drawing, such as the following listed:

Furry (Semihuman is allowed)
Mecha
Lolly or any sort of body which proportions that are clearly child like, even if age is over +21

REVISIONS

Revisions are only available during sketch phase. Once sketckes are approaved, no further changes would be made unless error is noted on my part. Mistakes I make would always be corrected at no cost.

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE

Please, DO NOT claim commissioned artwork as your own.I reserve the right to post the comissioned artwork onlineYou can upload the commissioned artwork in your social media. ONLY if it is you use the watermarked version that I provided. INCLUDE crediting me in mentions and tags.

PAYMENT

Once you request your drawing, you'll have to pay a 40% of the total fee of the commission for me to start. Once the commission is done, youll have to pay the 60% left. Once I've received the payment, your commission would be handed to you in the channel agreed. I ONLY accept payments through Paypal at the moment

CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS

CANCELATIONS WOULD NOT BE GIVEN AFTER FIRST PAYMENTYou can apply to refund if:I'm unable to finish the drawing in the specified time limit. Money would be given back, unless comissioner wants unfinished work.

TIME

Completing a commission
might vary due to commission queue, work load, or complexity of the commission. Due time might vary from one week up to four weeks.
